Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway return to Runway Fashion magazine. We're going to the film's premiere at the Rio Kino on Rosenheimer Platz. In English, of course, with German subtitles.

Celebrate the groundbreaking premiere of The Devil Wears Prada 2 with our English Culture Circle.

The first part of The Devil Wears Prada, was released 20 years ago. Meryl Streep - you won’t believe it - is now 82. Anne Hathaway returns as Andy, and Meryl Streep reprises her role as Miranda, Editor in Chief of Runway magazine. Andy, who once worked as Miranda’s second assistant, is now the new Features Editor at Runway. Meanwhile, Emily has become the head of a luxury brand.

After 20 years as editor-in-chief, Miranda must confront the decline of print media and the rise of digital publishing. She is forced to rely on Emily, who once worked under her. The film explores the fashion industry’s shift into the digital age.
